Terms & Conditions

Merchant Terms:

Redemption Period: From 9 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 (both dates inclusive).
Eligible Users must be a registered member of Trip.com with one of the following membership statuses only: Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Please note that if you are already a Trip.com Member with status of Diamond, Diamond+ or Black Diamond Membership, no membership upgrade or extension will apply, and your current membership status will remain unchanged.
Eligible Users will be entitled to Trip.com Diamond Tier membership and will receive Diamond Member Redemption code ("Redemption code") from Visa. For more details about the Trip.com Diamond membership, please refer to Terms of Trip.com Rewards Program.
Eligible Users will receive a designated redemption link from Visa, to register for Trip.com Diamond Tier membership upgrade within the Redemption Period.
The Redemption code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Each Eligible User is entitled to use the Redemption code once only.
Once the Redemption code is successfully redeemed, Diamond member status will become effective immediately, for a 1-year period. For tier maintenance requirements, please refer to Terms of Trip.com Rewards Program.
When the validity period of the membership tier expires and the Eligible User did not meet the current or next membership tier's requirements during the validity period, the new membership tier will be recalculated based on the Eligible Bookings completed and the spending amounts during the current membership tier's validity period according to the requirements for each membership tier.

Any collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with the Trip.com’s privacy statement available at: https://sg.trip.com/contents/service-guideline/privacy-policy.html?locale=en-SG.
Visa and Trip.com reserve the final right to cancel, terminate or change any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The entitlement of the membership upgrade shall be at the sole discretion of the Visa and Trip.com.
Without limitation to other rights and remedies available to it, Trip.com reserves the right to cancel an Eligible User's Diamond membership status if he/she was found to have obtained the membership upgrade through fraud, dishonesty or deceit.
In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of Visa and Trip.com shall be final and conclusive.
To the extent permitted by law, Visa and Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Trip.com reserves the rights to the final interpretation and to cancel or amend the Promotion and the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
