How to avail benefit?

Cardholder accesses the myVisa x Harrods website and registers for an account.
Visa verifies the cardholder’s eligibility.
If eligible, the cardholder receives a unique code. Each unique code can be used only once.
Cardholder emails Harrods at tierupgrade@harrods.com with the subject line: Harrods Rewards Tier Upgrade Request / VISA Privilege or VISA Private (as applicable)
The email should include:
- a. Card Type & Product (i.e. Visa Private)
- b. Country
- c. Harrods Rewards Card Number (Ideally with a Harrods Rewards Card screenshot)
- d. Requested Tier Upgrade
- e. Unique code (from MyVisa website)
Member journey:
- a. Existing Harrods Rewards members: Cardholders provide the above details and Harrods processes the upgrade request.
- b. New to Harrods Rewards: Cardholders must first create a Harrods Rewards account via a dedicated link (provided by Harrods) and then provide the details above.
  - Harrods processes the upgrade request within 2 business days, meaning Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England.
Upon successful upgrade, Harrods sends a confirmation email to the cardholder along with the membership tier Terms & Conditions.
