Merchant Terms:

1. Offer is valid from 9 July  2026 to 31 March 2028. By participating in the Offer you agree to accept these general conditions.
2. The Offer is open to Principal Visa Infinite cardholders, (“Cardholder(s)”) with cards issued in Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
3. • 3.1 For Visa Infinite Cardholders with cards issued in Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: Complimentary Green Fee, with 1 paying guest, capped at 4 times per program year and limited to one booking per quarter at participating golf clubs (Avail from every 2nd day of the month);
   • 3.2 For Visa Infinite Cardholders with cards issued in India: 50% Discounted Green Fee, with 1 paying guest, capped at 4 times per program year and limited to one booking per quarter at participating golf clubs (Avail from every 2nd day of the month) (the “Offer”).
4. The Offer is valid for use only where bookings are made directly via the booking website. Cardholders are strictly not allowed to contact Participating Golf Clubs directly for enquiries/bookings or take over tee times/lesson slots transferred from other golfers/participating club members to be used in conjunction with the Offer.
5. Participating Golf Clubs may change from time to time without notice.
6. The Offer is provided by Visa through Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited and is not a direct Offer by Participating Golf Clubs.
7. • 7.1 Visa Infinite Principal Cardholders with cards issued in Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam can enjoy complimentary green fee for a maximum of 4 times per program year.
   • 7.2 Visa Infinite Principal Cardholders with cards issued in India can enjoy 50% discounted green fee for a maximum of 4 times per program year.
8. Cardholder and his/her guest(s) must have (i) a valid handicap to book a tee time and (ii) a valid golfer’s insurance including insurance as required or recommended by Participating Golf Clubs.
9. Cardholder must adhere to all the terms and conditions when making a golf booking/golf lesson request (see “Reservations” section below).
10. Visa and/or Participating Golf Clubs shall have the right to reject any booking request in its absolute discretion.
11. At all times, only one active golf booking per Cardholder is allowed. For the avoidance of doubt, Cardholder may only place a new golf booking after the completion of an active booking.
12. Offer is not valid for use in conjunction with other non-Visa Infinite promotions, discounts or offers, and cannot be used with other promotion, participation in corporate golf events, private golf events or golf tournaments.
13. Cardholders requests for pairing, or to join a flight booked by other golfers/participating club members will be done on a best-effort basis and are at the sole discretion of and administered by the Participating Golf Clubs. Participating Golf Clubs reserve the right to refuse such requests. 
14. Visa Infinite Cardholders understand and acknowledge that Participating Golf Clubs will not engage in any direct correspondence, enquires and/or attempts for checking availability and booking from Cardholders. 
15. This Offer is not to be regarded as a membership at the Participating Golf Clubs. Visa / Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited reserves the right to reject the booking if Cardholders make enquiries / bookings directly at the club or transfer a confirmed tee time/lesson to another Cardholder. 
16. Visa Infinite Cardholders acknowledge that there are a limited number of complimentary/discounted green fees on a bi-monthly basis that applies to all bookings under the Offer fulfilled on a first-come-first serve basis. 
17. Once the bi-monthly limit is reached, no further bookings will be accepted.
18. By participating in this Offer, you agree to comply with the rules, policies and bylaws set out by the Participating Golf Club.
19. Once Cardholder has utilised the Visa Infinite complimentary/discounted green fee, they will be able to continue booking at the Visa x Apexlynx website booking portal and pay at full price with their eligible Visa card. Only valid for principal cards.

1. All bookings must be made through the booking website only. 
2. The Offer is valid for weekdays only except Public Holidays unless otherwise stated. 
3. Minimum number of golfers per flight may be required as per respective Participating Golf Clubs’ policies in order for bookings to be processed.
4. A minimum of one (1) night stay is required at Mission Hills Golf Club in China and Kawana Golf Resort in Japan in order to place a tee time reservation. The cost of accommodation will be borne by Visa Cardholder(s) and his/her guest(s)
5. Bookings must be made at least 5 Singapore business days in advance. (As an example, tee time request for a Saturday must be made latest by Saturday of the previous week).
6. Cardholders cannot book a tee time more than 14 calendar days in advance. Note that intended tee-off date is not counted for all Participating Golf Clubs.
7. Acceptance of all golf bookings, pairings and changes to tee times will be at the discretion of the Participating Golf Clubs and are strictly subject to availability. Cardholders will not be granted access to the Participating Golf Clubs without a prior confirmed booking provided by Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited.

1. The complimentary/discounted green fee rounds hosted at the Participating Golf Clubs apply only to the Principal Cardholders. The Principal Cardholder shall pay for buggy, caddie, turf mate, locker fee, insurance, taxes and all other ancillary and miscellaneous charges (“Other Usage Charges”) at normal published rates stipulated by the Participating Golf Clubs.
2. All other guests shall pay green fees, buggy, caddie, turf mate, locker fee, insurance, taxes, and all other ancillary and miscellaneous charges (“Other Usage Charges”) at normal published rates stipulated by the Participating Golf Clubs.
3. All payments made in relation to usage of the Visa Infinite Offer and Other Usage Charges incurred, including the golfing fee for guest(s) where applicable while utilizing the Offer must be settled with the Visa Infinite Card.
4. All applicable charges will be charged by Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited onto the Principal Cardholder’s Visa Infinite Card.
5. All charges will be made in the local currency of the Participating Golf Clubs at which the game is booked and played or in equivalent of United States Dollars where required.
6. Booking shall not be confirmed until the required and relevant golf charges are successfully charged to the Cardholder’s Visa Infinite Card.

1. Cancellation(s) and amendment(s) must be made only through the booking website or by email to Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited and will not be accepted by the Participating Golf Clubs if contacted directly.
2. Any amendment and cancellation for bookings made in countries other than South Korea or at Mission Hills Golf Club must be made at least 3 Singapore working days prior to tee-off date for all Participating Golf Clubs.
3. Any amendments and cancellation for bookings made with Participating Golf Clubs in South Korea must be made at least 5 Singapore business days prior to the tee-off date.
4. For Mission Hills Golf Club (China), no cancellation or amendment is allowed upon confirmation of tee-time and Cardholder shall pay full published rates for any cancellation and/or no-show. 
5. Cancellations made less than 3 Singapore business days, late arrivals or no-shows shall be subjected to a penalty of the full published rates stipulated by the Participating Golf Clubs.
6. An amendment fee of USD$10 + applicable GST shall apply if there is any change request post confirmation of the booking by means of adding / removing a golfer to the booking / changing the name of a golfer from the existing booking / requesting for a change in date/timing for an already confirmed tee time/lesson or similar.
7. No rain checks will be issued. Rain check refers to postponement of golf game/lesson due to inclement weather without additional charges. The complimentary/discounted green fee rounds hosted at the Participating Golf Clubs apply only to the Principal Cardholders.

1. The Visa Infinite Offer is valid for golf course access only at Participating Golf Clubs. They do not provide Cardholders and their guests with access to the other recreational or members-only facilities at Participating Golf Clubs.
2. Cardholders and his/her guest(s) acknowledge and agree that neither Visa nor Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited nor their affiliates are responsible for non-fulfillment of any Offers or any defect or lack of service or goods supplied by third parties, including the Participating Golf Clubs. 
3. Accordingly, Cardholders irrevocably agree not to claim against Visa or Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited and their affiliates in relation to any loss, damage, disappointment or distress of any kind arising in connection with the Offer, including but not limited to failure or inadequacy of service or fulfillment of the Visa APAC Golf Program by the Participating Golf Clubs. 
4. Visa / Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited reserve the right at any time and without assigning any reason, to change or to cancel any Participating Golf Clubs.
5. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Cardholder and his/her guest(s) releases and shall hold harmless Visa, Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited, their affiliates and the respective Participating Golf Clubs from any claim for loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim relating to personal injury, death, loss of earnings and legal expenses) whatsoever sustained or incurred by him/her in connection with his/her participation or attempted participation in the Offer.
6. Visa, Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited and the Participating Golf Clubs reserve the right to amend and exercise the final interpretation of the terms and conditions of the Offer.
7. Visa’s Privacy Policy applies to this Offer. The Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data, the types of personal data we collect, for what purposes we use that personal data, with whom we share it, and the choices you can make about our use of the personal data.
8. These conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and any claims shall be dealt with exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
