Terms & Conditions

Merchant Terms:

$550 MXN per person.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled without penalty.

Changes to the number of attendees must be notified at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

A 15-minute grace period will be granted for standard reservations.

In case of delay without prior notice, the reservation may be released.

Foodie Groovy Group reserves the right to refuse service or end the event in case of inappropriate conduct or behavior that disrupts operations.

Any damage to the facilities will be the responsibility of the client.

Outside food or beverages are not permitted without prior authorization.

Table or area assignments are subject to availability and restaurant operations.

A specific location is not guaranteed without express confirmation.

Foodie Groovy Group will not be responsible for the inability to hold the event due to force majeure (natural phenomena, government regulations, etc.).

In such cases, rescheduling of the event will be sought by mutual agreement.

Confirmation of the reservation or event implies full acceptance of these policies.

Experiences must be requested by sending an email to experiences@viveplus.com.mx, indicating the name of the desired experience, at least five (5) calendar days in advance, subject to availability.
