Merchant Terms:

1. Minimum 2 nights’ stay.

3. Booking period and stay period is valid for 6 months, from 1 May 2026 till 31 October 2026.
4. Resort will be close for Monsoon Season from 15 November 2026 to 15 February 2027.
5. Room type: All except Beach House and Loft.
6. Not combinable with other offers.
7. Full payment required upon confirmation.
8. Non-cancellable; no-shows charged in full.
9. Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00 per room per night applies to non-Malaysian guests.
10. Sustainability Fee of RM3.00 per room per night, imposed by the Pahang State Government.
11. Rates are subject to change due to revisions or imposition of government taxes or levies.
12. Guests are required to inform ferry arrival details after booking confirmation for speedboat pick-up from Kg Genting Pier.
