Merchant Terms:
- Minimum 2 nights’ stay.

- Booking period and stay period is valid for 6 months, from 1 May 2026 till 31 October 2026.
- Resort will be close for Monsoon Season from 15 November 2026 to 15 February 2027.
- Room type: All except Beach House and Loft.
- Not combinable with other offers.
- Full payment required upon confirmation.
- Non-cancellable; no-shows charged in full.
- Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00 per room per night applies to non-Malaysian guests.
- Sustainability Fee of RM3.00 per room per night, imposed by the Pahang State Government.
- Rates are subject to change due to revisions or imposition of government taxes or levies.
- Guests are required to inform ferry arrival details after booking confirmation for speedboat pick-up from Kg Genting Pier.
