Booking Details
1. Members of the Shangri-La Circle will be entitled to obtain up to three different Vouchers per calendar month through the campaign page on Shangri-La Circle website, Mobile App or WeChat Mini Programme campaign banner by tapping “Grab now” on a Voucher within the Promotion Period. Each member may redeem each type of coupon once per calendar month.
2. Pre-payment with Eligible Visa Card, issued in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan, is required for bookings with the Voucher.
3. All Vouchers are not applicable for reservations via third party channels. Vouchers shall only be applicable to bookings and purchases made via Shangri-La.com and Shangri-La Circle Mobile App, unless any special arrangement is specified on the Voucher. Vouchers are not applicable to bookings via Shangri-La Circle WeChat Mini Programme.

Terms & Conditions

Merchant Terms:

"Visa Fortune in Motion, Rewards in Abundance" (the “Promotion”) is organised by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (the “Company”).

Shangri-La Circle Members (“Member”) who use Visa cards issued in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan (“Eligible Card”) are eligible for the Promotion.
2.

The promotion period is from 12:00 noon (GMT+8) on February 2 2026 to 23:59pm (GMT+8) on 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3.

Monthly Visa vouchers (“Vouchers”) will be released on 1st of each month at 12:00 noon (GMT+8).

Vouchers are limited in quantity and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis and until stocks last.
4.

Vouchers are only applicable for Book Early and Save, Book Early and Save with Breakfast, Members Online Saver Rates, and Members Online Saver Rates with Breakfast.
5.

“20% Savings” refers to bookings under Book Early and Save, Book Early and Save with Breakfast, Member Online Saver Rates, and Members Online Saver Rates with Breakfast can enjoy up to 20% discount.
6.

Vouchers are applicable for stays completed and checked out on or before 30 June 2026.
7.

Pre-payment with Eligible Visa Card, issued in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan, is required for bookings with the Voucher.

Booking cannot be cancelled, refunded, or shortened once confirmed.
8.

Subject to these terms and conditions, a Member will be entitled to obtain a Voucher per calendar month through the campaign page on Shangri-La Circle website, Mobile App or WeChat Mini Programme by tapping “Grab now” on a Voucher within the Promotion Period.
9.

A Voucher is valid from the date it was issued to the Member’s account until the end date specified on the Voucher or an end date set at the Company’s discretion (“Voucher Validity”).

The day the Voucher was issued will be considered day one of the Voucher Validity period, regardless of the time of day the Voucher was issued.

All Vouchers shall be invalid after the expiry date.
10.

The Voucher will be automatically issued to the Member's account after successfully grabbing the Voucher.

The Voucher can only be used by the Member with the corresponding membership number.
11.

The Voucher is exclusive for the recipient and membership number associated when the Voucher was issued.

An individual who has multiple accounts enrolled and with multiple Vouchers issued shall only be entitled to the offer once.

Vouchers issued from duplicate accounts will become invalid once the profiles are merged.
12.

Each Voucher can only be used once and can be applied only to a single room in case multiple rooms are reserved for the same stay period.

It is not applicable for back-to-back reservations for hotel stays.

Once used, the Voucher will be invalid.
13.

Each Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
14.

The Promotion and Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, special offers, birthday offers or gift vouchers, and is not valid for existing reservations.

Bookings under the Complimentary Room and Staff Rates are not applicable.
15.

Vouchers are not applicable to payments made with points.
16.

All Vouchers are not applicable for reservations via third party channels.

The Vouchers shall only be applicable to bookings and purchases made via Shangri-La.com and Shangri-La Circle Mobile App, unless any special arrangement is specified on the Voucher.

Vouchers are not applicable to bookings via Shangri-La Circle WeChat Mini Programme.
17.

Amendments to reservations for hotel stays using the Vouchers are not allowed once confirmed (including but not limited to changes of hotel, room type, check-in date, length of stay, number of guests or guest name).

To make any changes, Members must cancel and re-book online (subject to availability and cancellation policy).

In such case, the initial Voucher will be forfeited and cannot be reused.
18.

Use of Vouchers may be subject to hotel availability, blackout dates, minimum spend and its applicable terms and conditions.

For more details of individual Vouchers, please refer to the terms and conditions of the Vouchers.
19.

The Company reserves the right to exclude a Member who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the Promotion or Vouchers, engages in abusive, deceitful, or fraudulent behavior in relation to the Promotion, or makes false representations or statements, or violates applicable law or regulations.

If a Member is excluded, any offer may be subsequently revoked and any losses incurred may be claimed.
20.

The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or amend or substitute any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
21.

Subject to applicable laws, all interpretations of this Promotion and the Vouchers shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.

However, this clause shall not be applicable to hotels in Mainland China.
22.

These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
23.

Shangri-La Circle's Terms and Conditions (available at: https://www.shangri-la.com/cn/corporate/shangrilacircle/terms-conditions/) shall also apply to this Promotion and the use of Vouchers.
24.

Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.shangri-la.com/cn/corporate/policies-pledges/).
25.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.

Visa Terms:

• The offer provider is solely responsible for the redemption and fulfillment of the offer;

• Visa reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all offers at any time without prior notice.
