2. Offer is valid for walk-in and advance bookings, subject to availability.
3. Weekend refers to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 
4. Prior advance booking is required.  Please mention VISA promotion upon reservation. Strictly no Rain-Check.
5. Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
6. Blackout dates may apply during tournaments, special events, or peak periods. 
7. Golf play is subject to club rules and course maintenance schedules. 
8. Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions with prior notice.
