Merchant Terms:
- Visa cardholders must make prior reservations via Visa Concierge and quote "Visa Elite Dining Campaign" at the time of booking. Reservations are recommended and subject to availability.
- Offer is valid from 30 April 2025 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- Complimentary one welcome drink of choice per person or other opening specials promotions.
- Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per cardholder per visit during the campaign period.
- The offer is valid for dine-in only, with a minimum of 2 guests per reservation. Non-refundable or exchangeable for other items.
- The offer is available to Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cardholders in the Asia Pacific region, excluding Taiwan Visa Signature cardholders.
- Minimum spend and other restrictions, such as exclusions on splitting or combining bills or tables, may apply as determined by the participating restaurant.
- Reservation deposits and cancellation penalties (if applicable) follow the merchant’s policy as stated on their website.
- The offer is not valid on blackout dates as determined by the merchant. The merchant reserves the right to impose additional blackout dates without prior notice.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, promotional vouchers, or membership privileges, unless otherwise stated.
- The total bill must be paid using an eligible Visa Infinite or Visa Signature card.
- Once payment is made, Visa cardholders cannot dispute the charge, request reimbursement, or claim a refund.
- Participating restaurants and Visa reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the offer without prior notice.
