Merchant Terms:

For Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cardholders issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific:

1. To participate in the “Fast Track to Elite Status” promotion (“Promotion”), an individual must be an IHG One Rewards member and a Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cardholder in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific); new members can sign up for an IHG One Rewards membership via https://www.ihg.com/rewardsclub/gb/en/enrollment/join?offerId=QR073. 
2. The member must register for the Promotion under their IHG One Rewards membership number via Visa X IHG Microsite during the Registration Period. The member must book their Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays via https://www.ihg.com/visaoffer. The Registration Period begins 15 April 2026 and ends on 31 December 2026 (the “Registration Period”). The Stay Period ends on 10 April 2027 (the “Stay Period”).
3. To be eligible for this offer, payment must be made using a Visa card.
4. Each Visa Cardholder may register only once for the Promotion during the Registration Period. Visa Signature Cardholders are eligible to earn IHG One Rewards Gold Elite status by completing two (2) Promotion Qualifying Nights within 90 days of receiving the IHG confirmation email. Visa Infinite Cardholders are eligible to earn IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite status by completing six (6) Promotion Qualifying Nights within the same 90-day period. If a registered Cardholder does not meet the applicable criteria within the 90 days Stay Period, they will not be eligible to register again for this offer. This offer is unique to one (1) IHG One Rewards membership number and cannot be transferred or duplicated.
5. Once a member has successfully registered for the Promotion, the member will receive an email confirmation of successful participation within 10 business days from IHG.
6. Visa Signature Cardholders can earn IHG One Rewards Gold Elite status, and enjoy the associated benefits, by staying two (2) “Promotion Qualifying Nights” at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts during the Stay Period within 90 days immediately following the IHG email confirmation.
7. Visa Infinite Cardholders can earn IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite status by staying six (6) “Promotion Qualifying Nights” during the same Stay Period within 90 days immediately following the IHG email confirmation.
8. The 90-day “Stay Period” follows a member’s successful registration for the Promotion indicated by IHG’s confirmation email, each member who registers will have their own Stay Period. Only a member’s “Promotion Qualifying Nights” that are part of a Qualifying Stay during the member’s Stay Period are counted for purposes of the Promotion.  Room nights prior to registration or outside of a member’s Stay Period are not included. 
9. A “Promotion Qualifying Room Night” under the Promotion is defined as a room night which falls within the member’s Stay Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay. Completed stays prior to registration or outside of the member’s Stay Period are not included.  By way of example, a member who receives the IHG confirmation email for the Promotion on 15 February 2026 and has a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay at a participating hotel with a check-in date of 13 February 2026 and check-out date of 16 February 2026 will be credited with two (2) qualifying nights, for 15 and 16 February 2026. The member will not receive credit for 13 and 14 February 2026 because those nights were prior to the Promotion Period. The two (2) qualifying nights credited will be applied toward the required “Promotion Qualifying Nights” for meeting the criteria of IHG One Rewards Gold Elite status and IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite status. 
10. For purposes of this Promotion, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) room night stay, during the Promotion Period, at a participating hotel booked under a Qualifying Rate that is at least a total spend of $30 dollars (or local currency equivalent) per night. Room nights outside of the Promotion Period are not included.  Stays booked using Rewards Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Promotion. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites such as booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify under this Promotion. (For additional details on Qualifying Rates, please see the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions.) If more than one member who registered for the Promotion checks into the same room, only one member is eligible to earn points under the Promotion for those nights that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the same night, the member will receive credit towards this Promotion for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of a Qualifying Room Night. 
11. IHG One Rewards Gold Elite status and Platinum Elite status awarded under this Promotion will be immediately reflected in the member’s IHG One Rewards account following completion of the number of qualifying nights required to achieve such status, as described in these terms and conditions. IHG One Rewards Gold Elite and Platinum Elite status awarded under this Promotion will be valid till 31 December 2027. Any status upgrade above the Gold and Platinum Elite level for 2026, and any Elite status at any level for the 2027 calendar year and beyond, must be earned by the member in accordance with the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions or, if applicable, pursuant to a special promotion offering the member an opportunity to attain such status for the time period prescribed. 
12. A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion are subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be found here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. IHG may retract Gold Elite and Platinum Elite status granted under this Promotion, and withdraw any points associated with such upgraded status from the member’s account, if such status was awarded in error or if the member was not eligible to participate. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member’s points, downgrade their status, or suspend or cancel their account if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account or a member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program or this Promotion is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of interpretation of the Promotion, as well as the right to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the Promotion. This promotional offer is valid only for the original members who received the offer to participate in the Promotion and cannot be transferred or conveyed. 

For Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cardholders issued in Japan:

1.
