Merchant Terms:

• Offer is valid till 31 December 2026.
• Visa cardholders who held a membership in GHA DISCOVERY prior to receiving the above Promotion and whose tier in GHA DISCOVERY was lower than the tier offered through this Promotion shall be able to claim promotion to the higher tier on the terms above.
• Visa cardholders who choose to opt into membership of GHA DISCOVERY or move to a higher tier membership of GHA DISCOVERY under the terms of this Promotion (“Participating Visa cardholders”) will be required to accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of GHA DISCOVERY through an online enrolment and acceptance process as described below.
• Participating Visa cardholders shall have access to GHA DISCOVERY benefits according to the benefits grid applicable to their tier when they join the GHA DISCOVERY programme. The “Status Sharing” benefit does not apply. Their membership at this tier level will continue through the remainder of the calendar year in which they join GHA DISCOVERY and through the whole of the next succeeding calendar year. Following the end of this period, the Participating Visa cardholders will be required to meet the applicable minimum number of eligible nights, minimum net eligible spend, or minimum eligible brand stays requirement that are standard to achieve membership of that tier of the GHA DISCOVERY programme. Participating Visa cardholders who have not achieved these requirements will be demoted to a lower tier of the GHA DISCOVERY in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of GHA DISCOVERY in force at that time.
