Merchant Terms:

• This discount offer (“Promotion”) of 33.34% off the total accommodation charges in a booking of eligible accommodations for three (3) nights is valid from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Stay period is from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2027, both dates inclusive.
• Offer is valid when payment is made with an eligible Visa Infinite card, issued in Asia Pacific.
• Offer is applicable to 4 stars or above hotels only. 
• Each eligible Visa Infinite card is entitled to redeem this Promotion twice (2) per calendar month only. Any additional bookings made using the same eligible Visa Infinite card within the same calendar month shall not be eligible for the Promotion.
• In the event that a booking made under this Promotion is cancelled for any reason, the redemption quota for that eligible Visa Infinite card shall not be reinstated, refunded, or carried forward, and such cancelled booking shall still be deemed to have utilized the monthly redemption entitlement.
• The new quota release date and time will be every 1st and 16th day of each month, from 00:00 BKK time.
• Offer is limited to international stays only and excludes domestic stays.
• Offer is available on a first-come-first-serve basis, limited redemptions.
• Cardholder must book 3 nights in order to be eligible for this promotion. Yearlong baseline offer will be applied for any other number of nights selected.
• Bookings cannot be modified once booked in order to enjoy the discount. If changes are required, please cancel the existing booking and rebook.
• The Promotion discount for 33% which in total is capped at USD150 per eligible transaction, on first come first served basis which will be applied at checkout page for select accommodations.
• The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount cards, loyalty programs, vouchers, discounted items or fixed price items.
• The Promotion is valid for bookings of eligible accommodation made on the Site during the Promotion Period and concluded within the stated Stay Period.
• The Promotion is available to the eligible cardholders in good standing of Visa Infinite card which: bears Visa’s name or logo on the face of the card; or refers to a member of the Visa Group as an issuer or a participant partner on the back of the card, including any co-branded/affinity card issued by any members of the Visa Group.
• Cardholders must settle payment of any reservation with their Visa Infinite card in order to enjoy the Promotion. The Promotion is applicable to select accommodations marked eligible for promotion in designated destinations made through a dedicated Site at: www.agoda.com/VisaInfiniteAP  (“Site”)
• The Promotion is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and similar charges).
• Bookings on the Site are not eligible for use with gift cards.
• The discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Site after entering a valid Visa Infinite card number.
• The Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions and further terms and conditions of Visa, which are subject to change at any time. In the case of a dispute, a joint decision by Visa and Agoda is final.
• Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Site.
• All bookings made through the Site are at all times subject to Agoda’s Terms of Use at www.agoda.com and other policies then in effect.
• The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Visa and the cardholder (payment facility, etc), which is at Visa's sole discretion and for which Visa is solely responsible and liable.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Agoda and Visa will not be liable to you in connection with the Promotion, the Privileges, these General Terms and Conditions or any other related subject matter. 
• Agoda’s rights in relation to these General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and other stated policies are complementary to the maximum extent possible, and nothing herein shall be construed so as to limit, restrict, or otherwise adversely affect any other rights of Agoda.
• If any part of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue to be valid and to the limited extent necessary will be replaced with such new terms having similar effect.
