Merchant Terms:

Visa Private cardholders are entitled to two (2) complimentary OneVasco visa application concierge service per year.

Standard / Premium appointment is subject to availability.

The Complimentary service does not include visa fees, VFS / Embassy appointmnet fee / priority or super priority fees or any other premium services by third party (i.e.

OneVasco will provide passport submission & pick up to & from the Embassy (wherever applicable).

Pick up & Drop off of the document service is only available in Dubai & Abu Dhabi - UAE, (with in the radius of 18 KMS from OneVasco Dubai (Wafi Mall) & Abu Dhabi (The Mall, World Trade Centre).

Any other additional services availed beyond the inclusions under visa concierge service will be as per actuals retail price (i.e including but not limited to Meet & Greet Service, Air & hotel booking, Cover letter assistance, Insurance, Travel Telecom, International Drivers License etc.).

Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy.

By submitting a request, you agree that the information provided will be shared OneVasco to facilitate the visa application and other services in scope.
