Merchant Terms:

• Visa Private cardholders are entitled to four (4) complimentary padel court bookings per year.
• Court bookings are subject to availability.
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• The offer can only be availed by the Visa Private Cardholder.
• Equipment may be available at the court at an additional cost.
• To avail the booking, you must present your Booking ID or QR code, Visa Private card, and a valid ID at the court’s reception.
• Only guests referred by Thriwe will be granted access (Walk-in cardholders will not be admitted).
• Guests must abide by the rules and regulations of the courts.
• In case bookings need to be changed due to events at certain venues, you will be notified ahead of time, and the booking will be rescheduled to an appropriate date/time.
• Once you have a confirmed booking, you will not be able to make another new booking until your active booking has been availed.
• By submitting a booking, you agree to Thriwe sharing your information with relevant service providers to facilitate the booking and provide services in scope.
• This Benefit is only available for Visa Private cardholders.
