eCommerce Purchase Protection is a benefit now available to you as a Visa Business Signature & Infinite cardholder, giving you added protection and peace of mind when you purchase online.

As long as you make your online purchases using your Visa Business Signature or Infinite card, you are now covered for possible losses up to USD $200 or USD $1,000 per claim, up to a limit of USD $800 or USD $1,500 per annum respectively for any of the following instances:

• Non-delivery of purchased item after 30 days of scheduled delivery
• Incomplete delivery of purchased item
• Improper functioning due to physical damage of delivered item at the time of delivery
