Requests that are contrary to morality, ethics or law will be refused.
It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to pay the costs of services and products marketed by third parties through Visa Concierge, such as hotel rates, delivery of goods and services etc.
Bookings must be made through Visa Concierge to avail the offers.
Club Med booking cancellation fees apply – charges per person as below:
- Within 60 days to 40 days before the check- in date: 25% of total price.
- Within 39 days to 10 days before the check- in date: 50% of total price.
- Within 09 days to 01 day before the check-in date: 90% of total price.
- Thereafter, booking is non-refundable.
Club Med booking modification fees apply – charges per person as below:
- Within 60 days to 40 days before the check- in date: 25% of total price.
- Within 39 days to 10 days before the check- in date: 50% of total price.
- Within 09 days to 01 day before the check-in date: 90% of total price.
