Merchant Terms:

1. The “AEON x Visa 2025 Raya Voucher Giveaway Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organized by AEON CO. (M) BHD. [198401014370 (126926-H)] (“AEON”) and Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited [200719281K] (“Visa”) (Collectively referred to as the “Organizers”).
2. This Campaign shall commence from 08 March 2025 until 06 April 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
3. This Campaign is open to all cardholders of valid Visa card (hereinafter referred to as “Visa Cardholder”).
4. During the Campaign Period, Visa Cardholder may be eligible to receive a RM10 AEON Reward Voucher (“Voucher”) upon successful transaction of minimum RINGGIT MALAYSIA TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY (RM250.00) in a single transaction by Tap to Pay using any valid Visa card. For the avoidance of doubt, only transactions indicated as "Contactless Entry" (tap to pay with a physical Visa card) or “QR Pay Entry” (tap to pay with a Visa Card linked to a mobile phone application) on the card terminal slip will be eligible for redemption.
5. Each Visa Cardholder’s participation shall be subject to the verification of the Organizers. The criteria for disqualification, including but not limited to the following:
   • any disputed, cancelled, refunded, unauthorized or fraudulent purchase transactions;
   • transactions made outside the Campaign Period;
   • transactions marked as "Chip Entry", which means payments made by inserting the Visa card into the credit card terminal machine;
   • non-eligible payment type which includes Cash, Mastercard, American Express, MyDebit, UnionPay, JCB, Alipay, Grabpay and TouchnGo;
   • transactions that are deemed incomplete, illegible, disfigured and/or submitted beyond the deadline; and/or
   • such other criteria or qualification as the Organizers deem fit at its sole discretion.
   Any transaction that meet the above criteria will be disqualified from eligibility for any associated benefits, rewards or redemption of any Vouchers.
6. The Campaign shall be conducted at all AEON stores and MaxValu Prime nationwide (hereinafter referred to as 'Participating Stores'), excluding any AEON BiG Hypermarkets, AEON Wellness, Daiso by AEON, AEON Petemo Petlife, Tsutaya Bookstore AEON Tebrau City and any other purchases made at AEON’s online platform (i.e. myAEON2go).
7. The Voucher can only be redeemed at the Customer Service Counters of AEON and MaxValu Prime during the Campaign Period. Visa Cardholder will need to show both purchase receipt and the card terminal slip at the Customer Service Counters on the same day of the purchase to redeem the Voucher. Upon expiry of the Campaign Period, the Voucher shall no longer be redeemable, and any attempts to redeem it thereafter shall be considered null and void.
8. The total Voucher pool available for distribution under this Campaign shall be capped at RINGGIT MALAYSIA THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND (RM330,000.00) only. The allocation and redemption of the Voucher will be conducted on a first-come-first-served basis. Notwithstanding this, the Campaign will cease once all available Vouchers have been fully redeemed, even if the Campaign Period has not yet ended.
9. During the Campaign Period, there is no limit on the number of eligible transactions that a Visa Cardholder may perform. However, each Visa Cardholder is entitled to redeem a maximum of one Voucher only per eligible receipt, per store, per day. In the event other financial institutions’ campaigns are concurrently running with AEON’s Campaign, Visa Cardholders are entitled to redeem the Voucher from only one campaign, limited to one eligible receipt per store, per day.
10. By participating in this Campaign, Visa Cardholder agrees to be bound by the Terms and Condition of this Campaign, the decisions of the Organizers, and all Terms and Conditions imposed by sponsors and third party governing the Voucher (where applicable) including but not limited to the redemption and usage of such Voucher throughout the Campaign Period. The Visa Cardholder further agrees that the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign shall continue to be legally enforced and binding towards the Visa Cardholder after the completion of this Campaign.
11. The Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, another voucher or any other items, either in part or in full, for any reason. Use of the Voucher is subject to the Terms and Conditions printed on the Voucher. The Voucher will not be replaced if damaged or lost.
12. The decision of the Organizers in all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding. No correspondences, queries or appeals in respect of any decision of the Organizers will be entertained.
13. The Organizers reserve the right to revise the Campaign Period, withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign at any time and may amend any Terms and Conditions of the Campaign without prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions will supersede the existing Terms and Conditions with immediate effect.
14. The Visa Cardholder shall indemnify and keep the Organizers and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, sponsors, representatives and/or any related parties of the Organizers ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all claims, suits, costs, expenses, losses and/or damages (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the Visa Cardholders’ acts, negligence, omission or breach of any of the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.
15. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuing enforcement of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.
16. The Organizers shall not in any way be responsible and liable for any losses, damages or expenses incurred or suffered by the Visa Cardholders’ in relation to their participation and purchases in this Campaign and throughout the Campaign Period.
17. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall be governed and construed in accordance to the laws of Malaysia.
18. Should the Visa Cardholder(s) have any inquiry and/or feedback, the Visa Cardholder(s) may drop the Organizers an e-mail at [email protected].

PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010

In compliance with the laws of Malaysia, by participating in this Contest, the Visa Cardholder hereby consents and authorizes the Organizers to collect, process and to keep safe the required details and to disclose the Visa Cardholder’s personal details to the related parties involved in organizing this Campaign in accordance with the privacy notice in https://aeonretail.com.my/personal-privacy-data-notice/. Any withdrawal of the Visa Cardholder’s consent shall be made in writing and received by the Organizers before the expiry of the Campaign Period and in such event, the Visa Cardholder shall be deemed to have withdrawn from this Campaign.

Selaras dengan undang-undang Malaysia, dengan menyertai peraduan ini, pemegang kad Visa bersetuju dan membenarkan Penganjur untuk mengumpul, memproses dan menyimpan maklumat-maklumat yang diperlukan dan mengemukakan maklumat peribadi pemegang kad Visa untuk promosi kepada pihak-pihak lain yang turut terlibat dalam penganjuran Kempen ini, pemegang kad Visa bersetuju dengan pemprosesan data peribadi pemegang kad Visa oleh Penganjur berdasarkan notis privasi di https://aeonretail.com.my/personal-privacy-data-notice/. Sebarang penarikan balik persetujuan yang diberikan, pemegang kad Visa Kempen ini hendaklah menulis kepada Penganjur sebelum penamatan Tempoh Kempen ini dan dalam keadaan yang sedemikian, pemegang kad Visa Kempen ini adalah dianggap telah menarik diri daripada menyertai Kempen ini.
