2. Merchant reserves the right to update or modify any of the terms and conditions at any time. In the event of any updates or changes being made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on Merchant’s website at least 1 week before they take effect.
3. Payment must be made with a valid Credit/Debit/Prepaid Visa card to enjoy the privilege. Privilege is valid for Visa cards issued in Malaysia and outside of Malaysia.
4. Valid on normal priced items only.
5. The privilege cannot be exchanged for cash and not valid in conjunction with other promotion, discount or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
6. No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of the discount.

8. Offer is valid for dine-in at CALIGO Bar and Lounge with minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt.
9. Offer is also valid for in-room dining with minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt.
10. Offer is capped at maximum 10 diners per cardholders per single receipt. No splitting of bills is allowed.
11. Offer is not valid for the purchase of cigar, tobacco and alcoholic beverages.
