1. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer and solely responsible for this offer. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant.
2. Merchant reserves the right to update or modify any of the terms and conditions at any time. In the event of any updates or changes being made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on Merchant’s website at least 1 week before they take effect.
3. Payment must be made with a valid Credit/Debit/Prepaid Visa card to enjoy the privilege. Privilege is valid for Visa cards issued in Malaysia and outside of Malaysia.
4. Valid on normal priced items only.
5. The privilege cannot be exchanged for cash and not valid in conjunction with other promotion, discount or vouchers unless otherwise stated. 
6. No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of the discount.
7. Offer is applicable for Deluxe Room, Premier Room or Suite category only with complimentary of two (2) welcome drinks and two (2) cocktail at FLO Bar. 
8. Offer is capped at maximum of one (1) room per cardholder per booking on weekend and two (2) rooms per cardholder per booking on weekdays. No splitting of bills is allowed. 
9. Offer is subject to mandatory local government taxes and levy such as Sales & Service Tax of 8%. Service Charge of 10% and Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night for non-Malaysians.
