Merchant Terms:

1. Payment must be made with a Visa Credit/Debit Card.
2. Promo is only for Pick A Trip users and can only be redeemed on website (https://www.pickatrip.com.my/) or mobile app.
3. Promo entitles a 20% discount (capped at RM200) on total hotel rates, with a minimum spend of RM1,000 per booking, per cardholder, per registered user.
4. Promo is only valid for 3-star to 5-star hotels worldwide, excluding properties in Malaysia, as listed in Pick A Trip website/mobile app.
5. Promo codes are on first-come, first-served basis and subject to hotel rooms availability.
6. Promo code is valid for one (1) time redemption per registered Pick A Trip user, per campaign month.
7. Promo code is limited to the first 15 redemptions per cardholder, per campaign month.
8. Cardholder is required to key in the promo code (VISAHOTEL20) at the checkout page to enjoy the discount.
9. Promotion is non-transferable to another user/individual/cardholder and cannot be exchanged and/or refunded for cash.
10. Refund/reschedule is calculated according to the total paid amount after the discount, not the initial price.
11. Pick A Trip or CIT reserves the right to blacklist or ban users who are deemed to be misusing the promo code.
12. Misuse of promo codes is defined as any event in which Pick A Trip or CIT believes the use of promo codes was fraudulent or done for commercial gain.
13. Promotion is valid from 1st March 2024 until 30th April 2025.
